Relationships

Chill.
They're just emotions, just chemicals in the brain. That's all.
You are not some beast driven by chemically-induced urges, you're a rational, conscious human being.
Don't let the negative emotions control you.
Label the problem. Find the source. Whatever the trigger problem is may not be the actual cause.
Find what needs to be done specifically to fix the problem, both in the immediate and the longterm.
Need more time? Need a hug? Ask.
When you state what you need, phrase things appropriately in a non-confrontational and constructive manner.
"You make me feel bad!" is bad, "I feel bad when you do X." is good because that way, you take responsibility for your emotions.
When you are feeling super-emotional is when you take strict control over your words and actions, lest things fly out of control.
Be patient. Things don't always change overnight.
Forgive. People make mistakes and it's not the end of the world.
Deal with shit when it's small and manageable. This requires constant communication.
